Sign Waiver

All those who enter the trampoline area must have a completed and signed waiver from The Jump Yard. Those under 18 must have their waiver signed/completed by their parent or legal guardian. No exceptions.

• IDs are required for anyone over 18 years of age.
• Waivers expire 1 year from the date they were completed.
